Salary & Benefits
Selected candidates will receive an attractive salary package of ₹23,300 per month, along with an additional ₹5,830 per month as extra compensation. Higher pay may be considered based on experience and performance.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have an SSLC + ITI-NTC qualification in relevant trades such as Machinist, Welder, Fitter, or Diesel Mechanic. A minimum of 3 years of experience is mandatory. Strong communication skills and working knowledge of Hindi/Bengali will be an added advantage.
Age Limit
The upper age limit for general candidates is 45 years (born on or after March 25, 1980). However, OBC candidates get a 3-year relaxation, and Ex-Servicemen can apply up to 50 years.
Selection Process
The selection process consists of two phases:
- Objective Test (30 Marks): A 35-minute MCQ test covering general and trade-specific questions.
- Practical Test (70 Marks): Hands-on trade test to assess practical skills.
Final selection will be based on 100 marks, and tie-breaking will be done based on practical test scores and age seniority.
